3. Picture Icons always require HIGH QUALITY pictures no webcam/cellphone/blurry pictures allowed.
4. Do NOT use anything I make as an example anywhere. You want to know how to make something or where to get something please be respectful and ask me!
5. Follow all rules in any community I post in, that includes community rules and my own personal rules. If you don't your requests will be skipped until you learn to read. ;]

PAYMENTS
I accept Paypal, WELL concealed cash, Money Orders, LiveJournal Certificates and InsaneJournal Coupons. Also, I do not accept change if you are paying with concealed cash. Which means if your payment were to come to $1.50 with 1 banner, you will need to pay with a money order or Paypal. All graphics will be made AFTER I recieve your payment.
